The effects of pain change our lives in many ways. This workshop will help you learn how to develop the skills needed to overcome the obstacles of chronic pain.

Our program was developed by someone who understands the complex effects of unremitting pain: Catherine has a complicated medical history and is a 12-year survivor of chronic pain. Her experience has provided her with the skills and understanding to encourage and facilitate a life beyond the pain, a life both rewarding and fulfilling.
